- Delimitation of wards and Constituencies.
- Civic and Voter Education;
- Voter Registration and verification;
- Political Parties (registration, de-registration and intra-party elections);
- Nomination Process;
- Campaign Process (monitoring among others Use of Public Resources Political Violence and Intimidation; Role of Security Forces; application of the Political Party Finance – New Law; resolution of Conflict in campaigns);
- Public Media Compliance with the Electoral Code of Conduct (ECC);
- Electoral material procurement process by the ECZ;
- Recruitment of Poll Staff;
- Printing, Delivery and Distribution of Ballot Papers;
- Pre-election dispute management;
- Inclusiveness of women, youth, and persons with disabilities in the pre-election process;
- National Registration Card (NRC) Monitoring issuance process;
- Access to Zamstats Census process and data; and
- Audit of the voter register.
