Golden is Head of Programmes / Acting Executive Director for Zambia National Women’s Lobby (ZNWL) an organisation that promotes women’s participation and representation in governance and other decision-making processes. He is a gender activist with over 20 years’ experience in gender equality related work including experience in political processes from working with government institutions, political parties, electoral body, faith and traditional leaders and other stakeholders. Golden has participated in the elections as a voter, monitor and civic and voter educator.
