Under this Phase the focus is, but not limited to, monitoring and observing the voting process through the following:
- Polling Stations – Selection, Location, Provision of Rams, Braille (Accessibility);
- Secrecy of the Ballot;
- Ballot Papers, Ballot Boxes and Election Materials;
- Counting;
- Announcement of Overall Results;
- Parallel Vote Tabulation (PVT);
- Transmission of Results;
- Participation of women, youth, and persons with disabilities;
- Voting Security;
- Incidents (corruption, violence etc); and
- Parallel Vote Tabulation (PVT);
